We accept PDF, or high-resolution JPG or PNG. PDF is strongly preferred — it preserves dimensional accuracy and speeds up production. If you're exporting from an MLS system, PDF is almost always the best option.
We deliver within Metro Vancouver. Customers who prefer to pick up in Burnaby are welcome to do so — pickup orders receive a $20 discount on Standard and Rush orders, and $10 off per model on Volume orders.
Changes to your floor plan can be made within 24 hours of placing your order at no charge. After that, we'll do our best to accommodate changes but a revision fee may apply depending on how far along production is.
All models are printed at 1:50 scale as standard. This puts a typical 1,000 sq ft condo at roughly 27–28cm across — substantial enough to impress at an open house without taking over the counter.
Yes. When ordering, specify how many models you need and whether you require duplicates of any of them. Duplicates are available at a reduced charge, with an even lower rate for Volume orders. It's a great option if you're running multiple open houses at the same time.

Models are printed in PLA+, a professional-grade material that produces a clean, matte white finish with crisp edges and fine detail. It's smooth to the touch, durable, and looks sharp on any countertop. Check out our photos to see finished examples.
We recommend booking at least one week in advance for single models, and longer for multiple models or duplicates. The more lead time we have, the smoother production runs — which means better quality and less stress on both ends.
If your model arrives damaged or contains an error on our end, we'll reprint it at no charge. If you need to cancel before production has begun, we'll issue a full refund. If production is already underway, we'll issue a 50% refund. We don't offer refunds once the model is complete, but we'll always make it right if something goes wrong on our side.
