Apex 3D Floor Plans is a Burnaby, BC-based business that produces physical 3D floor plan models for real estate professionals in Metro Vancouver. Our website is located at apex3dfloorplans.ca.
We are committed to protecting your personal information and being transparent about what we collect and how we use it, in accordance with British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

We only collect information you voluntarily provide through our order request form, which may include:

- Your brokerage name (business information)

Please note that brokerage name and professional contact details may constitute business information rather than personal information under PIPEDA. We treat all submitted information with the same standard of care regardless of classification.
We do not collect payment information through our website. We do not require you to create an account.
How we use your information
Information submitted through our order form is used solely to:
- Respond to your order request
- Communicate with you about your order
- Deliver your completed model
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
How your data is stored and processed
Order form submissions are processed through Formspree, a third-party form service based in the United States. Your submission is forwarded to our business email and stored within Formspree's systems on servers located in the United States. By submitting the order form, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different privacy laws than Canada. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may collect anonymous technical data such as IP addresses and request logs as part of their standard infrastructure and security services. Data retention
We retain order request information for a period of 2 years from the date of submission for business records purposes. After this period, information is deleted. You may request earlier deletion by contacting us at info@apex3dfloorplans.ca.
How we protect your information
We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These measures include using reputable third-party services with their own security practices (Formspree and Cloudflare), limiting access to submitted information to only those who need it to fulfil your order, and not storing personal information beyond the retention period outlined above. While we take these steps, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Analytics to understand general traffic patterns on our website. This service does not use cookies and does not track individual users. We see aggregate data only — such as number of visits and general geographic regions — with no personally identifiable information.
We do not use Google Analytics or any other cookie-based analytics platform.
Cookies
Our website does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set technical cookies necessary for security and performance. These are strictly functional and do not track your behaviour across other websites.
Your rights
Under BC's PIPA, you have the right to:
